I wanna buy a camera soon but I dont know what kind to get. I love photography [nature and the like] but alot of the photos come out kinda grainy. I escpecially love taking pictures with water, like water droplets on a blade of grass or a soft flowing stream. What kind of camera captures the beauty of nature best?

That grain is the product of ether too low of Mega-pixels or too high of an iso. I really don’t deal with point and shoot but i can recommend a cannon rebel t1i and with a prime lens (don’t go with a stock lens) or a 55-107mm lens would work with your standards. However with all SLR camera they are pricey to get and unless you do not understand things like ISO, Shutter speeds and F-stop I would not bother with it but if you do then this will be a good step to getting the picture you want .

If you have a high budget, a medium format camera such as a Hasselblad is an industry standard. If you want to spend less than $1,000 but still get a high quality DSLR, then Nikon or Canon are the industry leaders. If you are looking for a high quality compact camera in a smaller price range personally I would recommend the Panasonic Lumix range. However, If you are interested in photography and have a few hundred or maybe thousand dollars then I would buy a Nikon or Canon DSLR, and some fast lenses. The Nikon D40 or D80 is a nice entry level camera to learn with.

The Nikon D80 is really the ultimate camera. But do to it’s pricetag, few can afford it.

There are many well priced cameras with guides on how to choose a camera at http://www.buyapolaroidcamera.com/
