Went to Italy, it worked and that’s the best thing about this item. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, but this had all the necessary adapters and was easy to use. I wish the cord was a little longer, so I may look to replace that.

i just came back from Israel and Egypt (april 2009) and this charger worked great for my iphone in both places. my iphone is the older one not the 3G.
